Role and Responsibilities
= Work closely across the Finance team (FP&A andFinancial Reporting) and key operations stakeholders in trading and capitalareas, to explain operating results and analysis, in a form that each area ofthe business understands
= As part of Finance team, own month-end managementreporting process for specific business areas; including the preparation ofjournals and revenue and cost analysis reports, and generating P&Lsummaries for Management Information packs
= Produce regular reports on business performanceKPIs for internal stakeholders and the investor group
= Assist in providing regular business forecasts inasset performance
= Support Senior Operations team members withfinancial expertise on a regular basis; providing accurate, trusted data andperforming value-added analysis to facilitate decision-making
= Support the Business Partner for Neighbourhoods in:
= developing finance and business presentations onperformance; related supporting materials
= producing the annual budget and regular forecasts
= preparing and delivering financial data &analysis for internal business cases e.g. capital projects
= Identifying process and systems improvements, thenwork cross-functionally to develop.
Qualifications Requirements & Preferred Skills
= Strong experience in accounting, preferably in afast-moving, consumer-focused business
= Part-qualified accountant e.g. CIMA, ACCA, but willconsider ACA, CFA if relevant motivation & experience
= Strong preference for prior experience inManagement Accounting roles and experience in working as part of a wider highperforming team.
= Property industry experience not essential, but anadvantage
= Strong financial system & data analysis skills utilising financial data systems (YARDI) & Microsoft suite
= Experience in financial analysis
= High attention-to-detail and task-orientatedmindset required; essential in a fast paced, and growth sector
= High energy, high ownership of work product andcommitment to driving results
= Strong organizational skills, with ability tomulti-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities, especially at monthends
= Strong interpersonal skills; solid written andverbal communication skills
