We are looking for Customer Success Specialists to join our Customer Support Team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you are accountable for providing a “Best in Class” service experience for our users, regardless if they are new with us, or a seasoned user.
You will be mainly responsible for supporting our top UK users via a variety of mediums including live chat, email, and telephone.
You will also play an important role in supporting our users to get started and become proficient with our products and services as quickly as possible, as well as building a good relationship with customers and up-selling features which are beneficial for their businesses.
