Job Description

We are looking for a customer focused and motivated individual to join our Kingdom Works Team.

As one of our Administrative Officers, you will provide a range of administrative support, including maintaining client databases, processing funding claims and be the first point of contact for our customers.

This post is a fixed term contract for 2 years.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customized databases and software packages such as Google Suite. You must have excellent customer service skills, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organize your workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
