You will advance customer relationships to ensure timely payments are received, and any issues relating to billing or outstanding payments are resolved.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful, you'll need to have a meticulous attention to detail. You'll most likely be operating as a Credit Controller, or a large part of your accounting experience will be accounts receivable and you'll know your way around a debtors' list.
