Job Description

Duties of the role will include:

• Chasing debt via the telephone and e mail, this is all business to business
• Dealing with all queries in connection to the Credit Control both internally and externally
• Working with the Sales Ledger department, dealing with copy invoices and queries
• Setting up payment plans with customers
• Building relationships
• Query resolution
• Customer Account reconciliation
