Job Description

We are currently looking for a site manager who has strong people management skills, experience delivering Facility Management & Customer Services, and the ability to ensure our Centres are run Smoothly and efficiently meeting the highest standards. As part of our operations team, you will be involved with all aspects of the team’s performance and drive the growth of our company.

You’ll have the chance to work with people from different business areas, and the chance to grow within the company. You’ll get the chance to put your ideas into action and work with a company where your voice is heard.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering in critical facilities.
  • Experience switching HV & LV in a critical facility.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
  • Creation of MOPS, SOPS, and EOP’S
  • Minimum 5 + years experience as a technician/engineer with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Effective troubleshooting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex and high-risk projects
