• Main Contractor experience
• Experience on projects over £20 million

Role Information;
 

• Design Coordinator required for main contractor
• Role based in North West London, good commutable location from Central London
• Role will cover large mixed use, commercial and residential projects
• The ideal candidate will have worked for a contractor on designs for large building projects
• You will assist the Design Manager to deliver high quality designs to budget and programme, prepare briefs/remits for design packages and for site investigation and survey packages, and review submissions as directed for quality and sufficiency.
• Long term projects won with a business with more work lined up in the London area.
