About the Role

• Oversee planning and management of bids
• Assess the feasibility and buildability of large-scale projects
• Establish effective work winning strategies, and to provide strong leadership to the work winning team
• Act as the key focal point during tender processes to internal directors and external clients
• Implement a coordinated strategy across all business areas to maximise work winning efforts and give the company an identity in al bid processes
• Meet sustainability and environmental objectives set by the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ambitious and hardworking Clear leadership skills, capable of commanding respect of internal staff Experience within RC frame, Groundworks, Demolition or Piling 5yrs experience as a pre-construction manager or similar role Modern thinker, with up to date knowledge on cutting edge construction methods At least 10yrs experience in senior roles in the industry
