Job Description

To strengthen our commitment to delivering high quality education and research we are seeking to recruit a talented individual to join our experienced team of academic staff. You will be involved in the development and delivery of a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of project management. You will also be expected to contribute to our research and knowledge transfer activities.

 

Currently we are seeking to maintain and develop our expertise in the delivery of Agile Project Management, Responsible Project Management, Project Planning/Finance/Control/ and Risk Management areas. We expect the postholder to be involved in the delivery of modules in these subject areas. In addition, the postholder will be involved in the pastoral tutoring of students and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have academic qualifications in a relative field, appropriate experience in the project management or its associated professions. You are expected to demonstrate engagement in continuous professional development by attainment of one or more project-related certifications such as PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, APM PMQ and PMP®. Academic experience is not essential, but you will have outstanding communication skills and a commitment to excellence and innovation in learning and teaching.
