Assistant Management experience is advantageous however may be overlooked for a applicant that has great prospects and the desire to work hard and excel in any tasks given to them. If you are currently working within an internal sales position within a Merchant and are looking to take the step into Assistant Management then please do also apply as my client is open to someone with no management experience if they have the right application.
