Suitable candidates are likely to be chartered with either a Project Management or Quantity Surveying background, and may well have worked primarily within a consultancy environment. Applicants who are able to demonstrate a strong track record of both securing and delivering work in the London and South East markets are likely to find themselves at an advantage, as will those accustomed to working closely with the client on both the pre construction and build stages of projects
