Reporting in to the VP of Projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and construction processes for all the businesses sites and locations. Other responsibilities will include:
Setting project schedules and ensuring buildings are completed on time and within budget
Coordinating construction projects and maintaining relationships with external contractors across different disciplines
Ensuring that contractors used adhere to work plans and specifications
Working in conjunction with local authorities to obtain permits and schedule inspections
Providing feedback during the due diligence phase to identify potential issues with prospective locations
Generating budgets for construction purposes of new sites
