Responsible for: Quality & Auditing of field-based activities
Responsibilities: Timely production of reporting and administration reports
Main duties include accountability for the following:
Using agreed visual standards to oversee activities/tasks completed by construction teams ensuring their work meets the required C&C standards.
Escalate work that does not meet or follow company process,
Ensuring daily reports/trackers are collated and shared with all the parties meeting any SLA deadlines,
Produce daily/weekly reports capturing overall performance of each construction team you are supporting,
Analyse reports and data to minimise impact on performance,
As required support all areas of the C&C business with administration tasks as directed by your line manager,
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in using Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions, Self-motivated, flexible and have the drive to achieve the company and client’s targets, Constructively challenge what is not C&C standard, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
