Job Description

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the product manager will be as follows:

  • Responsible for defining, prioritizing, planning and driving the execution of the product vision for both the relevant Track Record platform and the different products that sit on top of them.
  • “Owning” the product experience and feature set, acting as the product evangelist to build awareness with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Working closely with sales to drive the global commercialisation of different Track Record products including working with any key channel partners.
  • Gathering, analyzing and prioritizing features based on feedback from the end users and customers, the operating units, sales, and the general market;
  • Creating and managing product strategies, roadmaps, project plans and product specifications;
  • Creating detailed product requirements, specifications, business rules, UI/UX wireframe for various user cases with a help of others;
  • Scheduling sprints and feature releases, coordinating closely with Digital Factory on both new features as well as architectural improvements;
  • Take responsibility to act as coach and best practice for other product managers.
  • Driving product release launches and helping to drive the commercialisation of the products
  • Acting as a role model to the whole organisation around lean start up and agile methodologies so that others learn the practices and mindset.

The Product Manager will witness the following accomplishments;

  • Create and drive a clear, commercially successful and effective product vision and product roadmap for the relevant Track Record platform and is products
  • Working with colleagues hit projected GM and cost out target for Track Record and even greater in FY22.
  • Successfully integrate the different stakeholder views for the product platform so that resources are maximised and the product focuses onto the most profitable areas.
  • The platform and products hit their sales targets and all stakeholders are fully aware of the product vision and plan.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in product management and product development, ideally within the B2B, engineering space and digital solution development Experience working with range of stakeholders in the product development process Excellent knowledge of SCRUM/ Agile/ lean start up methodologies Experience of working in a corporate incubation environment would be desirable Highly organized, with close attention to detail and excellent project management skills Must have past experience within process design skills: ability to define and execute a new process from scratch Has built multiple successful customer journeys before, working closely with Designers and Front-end developers Experience of facilities / building management / construction inspection area highly desirable. Experience of developing workflow / internal customer process improvement digital products Civil engineering sector would be desirable Experience of working in an international environment
