Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a successful, well-established International Wealth Management Company with an excellent record of success. This position will be responsible for the management of the Client Servicing Team and report to the Senior Manager within the Edinburgh office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client services inflow and outflow of tasks
  • Manage company mailboxes
  • Delegate work to client services team through the company CRM (Xplan)
  • Manage the team’s workload and ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate timescales
  • Point of contact for the client services team
  • Report to senior management
  • Assist with the creation and management of processes
  • Management of case progress, ensuring a smooth handling of transacted business.

Package:

  • Salary of £35,000 pa + (Dependent on Experience)
  • Income Protection after 6 months service
  • Workplace Pension after 3 months of service

Hours: Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. Holidays: 26 days’ holiday during each calendar year pro rata and in addition 8 days public holidays per year. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and accuracy throughout. Ability to delegate and manage team. Ability to priorities and manage own workload and adhere to timescales. Ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superb telephone manner and customer service skills. Highly motivated individual that is used to working on their own initiative. Highest level of confidentiality required. 5+ years in admin role (Preferably with an IFA firm). Working knowledge of financial CRM systems preferably Xplan. Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer programmes. People person, time oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, consumer relations, reporting skills, administrative skills, attention to detail.
