Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling andmonitoring credit allowed to customers
• Managing queries andimplementing methods of query resolution
• Ensuring overdue invoices are submitted to debt collection agencies
• Reviewing andmaking reports on all customer debts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience within Credit Control Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship building skills Strong use of Microsoft Excel (V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables)
