Job Description

This role will be based around providing exceptional debt management. It goes without saying that you will have an excellent telephone manner, finely tuned organisational skills, and be perceptive with regards to meeting the tight cash flow targets of a growing business.

You will be responsible for assisting with disputes and queries by creating superb customer relationships to resolve debt issues. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and have previous experience in reducing company debts/

This will be an ideal role for a candidate who wants to progress with a forward-thinking company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Credit control skills & experience are a must. If you are a user of Sage this will be advantageous but it is not essential, however you should be able to work within Excel (Lookups, Pivot tables). You will have a strong work ethic and the desire to succeed.
