Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Will need at least one years’ experience in a credit control environment Customer service skills Strong communication and negotiating skills Looking for candidates that have experience working in a business to business (B2B) environment. Confidence to use your own judgement to make decisions regarding customer accounts. Handle objections whilst maintaining a great customer experience.
