Job Description
Specialist suppliers in concrete and screed works for commercial builds across Scotland, our client is searching for an experienced individual to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
Develop relationships and identify key customers and opportunities
Dealing with enquiries for new and existing products
Generating quotes for customers
Preparation and submission of tender
To learn about the screed products & develop technical understanding
Dealing with and logging tender enquiries
Attend site visits to take measurements and check floor preparation
Business generation & development
Procurement of materials and plan
Scheduling in works / arranging labour
Dealing with any customer queries and resolving issue
Meeting sales targets.
Managing customer's expectations to meet high levels of customer service.
Monitoring and managing sales
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A strong sales background High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Quarry / ready mix experience advantageous Good numerical skills A team player who can also work under minimal supervision Basic understanding of estimating would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicant Desire to learn and hit the ground running Excellent customer service and telephone manner Computer literate Must be willing to travel on occasions as site visits are part of the duties
