· Communication and building trust with a portfolio of customers / clients
· Chasing late payments
· Discussing any issues around payments and making finance agreements to move forward
· Entering all information into the bespoke system
· Using Excel to sort and manipulate data and check where payments are actually outstanding
· Manage all information and in line with strict FCA regulations
· Receipting money into the system
· Refunds
· Escalating any payment issues in line with company policies
