You will take a lead on key retained accounts and focus on the commercial side of driving forward client accounts. They are looking for a Client Services Director who is fiercely curious and excited by working out how to do things differently! You will have proven experience in dealing with a variety of clients.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established agency, leading client account plans and collaborating with the wider teams covering strategy, data, technology and creative.

As a Client Services Specialist you will be well-versed with really getting to know your clients and understanding their needs, with the ability to translate this back into accurate briefs for the wider team to work on.

You'll be able to advise on the full breadth of the agencies digital services and will constantly have a focus on the commercials, looking for ways to get the best results for clients

Responsibilities: Managing key client relationships and acting as the link between agency and client. Creating commercial opportunities with current clients to maximize revenue growth.

Client account planning for high value accounts Collaborating with the wider team including the studio and creative teams

Contributing to pitches and new business Client reporting and providing strategic direction for accounts
