Using Excel to sort and manipulate data and check where payments are actually outstanding
Manage all information and in line with strict FCA regulations
Receipting money into the system
Escalating any payment issues in line with company policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work in a telephone based role and previous experience liaising with customers over the telephone is essential Knowledge or understanding of debits / credits would be an advantage Able to work in line with strict FCA regulations and follow company policies Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task Ability to build customer relationships Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Excellent telephone manner Accurate data processing skills.
