Job Description

Youll be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse team, ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. As Warehouse Supervisor, youll make sure stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets, and also provide a contact point for customer and colleague queries.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You'll be an experienced people manager, understanding your team and providing motivation and guidance to ensure the job is done right, every time. You'll have worked in a similar environment, have strong organisational skills and be willing to challenge the norm to improve efficiencies. Youll have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
