This specialist Building Services contractor's expanding business operation is currently experiencing a period of growth due to winning multiple projects across the whole of Scotland. Joining an existing projects team, you'll be responsible for the full project management of ventilation and ductwork installation projects on medium to large M&E Building Services projects within various project spheres including healthcare, commercial fit-out, offices, retail and education sectors.

We're looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the technical engineering function on many major and key projects for the organisation. A key success factor to this role would be your ability to deliver multiple projects at once whilst still ensuring a high quality of product and client satisfaction. Ultimately, the key to this role is the ability to liaise and work with key stakeholders including a centralised manufacturing facility at all levels to ensure repeat business and develop existing relationships with major Main Contractors, Tier 1 M&E Contractors and end-user clients with a service delivery focused contractor whilst still ensuring the commercial success on projects. This role shall be mostly based across sites but will have some office based requirements from regional Scottish offices based in Rosyth.

Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services Contractor or a specialist mechanical contractor in the construction industry in Project Management role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management function for multiple large scale and turnkey projects for a well-established and reputable specialist contractor.
