Role Information

Support the commercial team to ensure there is effective financial management of multiple projects through regular and accurate forecasting and CVR reporting. Support management of all cost relating to multi utility projects from initial calculations to final project costs. Managing contract claims and financial risks: managing customer disputes (Financial and commercial aspects). - Responsible for monthly valuations. Maximise the profitability and cash flows of each project while maintaining a high level of quality.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- 3 - 5 years+ experience as a Quantity Surveyor Background within the Construction/EPC Sector NEC 3 Contract understanding Experience working with disputes, claims, variations with a direct chain supply
