Job Description

You will be focused on consistently creating a 5-star customer experience and will provide approachable and assured customer service.

This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced front facing role in either a corporate/luxury hotel or showroom environment.

Due to the nature of this role WEEKEND WORKING will be required, however there may also be mid-week shifts available too.

  • Switchboard management - answering calls as the first point of contact
  • Booking in customer
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
  • Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Impeccable telephone skills. Previous front of house experience. Are smart and well presented. Experience of calendar management and bookings. Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms. Office. Ability to use own initiative, take ownership and work with limited supervision. Great communication and organizational skills. Confidence to work in a corporate environment. Understand the importance of confidentiality.
