Job Description

This role will not only be front of house, you will also need to wear many hats, answer all incoming calls, operating the switchboard and managing your own day and workload.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the company dashboard, in putting data into the in-house computer system, liaising with other departments tracking their progress and making sure individuals are on target to hit relevant KPI's
The working week will be 14 hours over Saturday and Sunday, Being No.1 in the industry, they want you to be the best as well, so they provide comprehensive ongoing training.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A proven track record of dealing with customers both in person and over the phone. Previous experience working with a heavy workload - with multiple duties at a fast pace. Confident, outgoing personality with a hard-working mentality. Presentable, Professional, organized and switched-on. A history in administration and data input.
