Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help drive the user experience vision and execution of critical new platform features. The right candidate is passionate about enabling users, both internal and external and thrives in understanding complex scenarios. While solid UX and interaction design experience is critical for this role, we don't have distinct visual designers, so you will need the ability to apply smart aesthetic choices to your work (supported by our design system). You will expected to:

• Uncover what our internal and external customers are thinking, what they need and use those insights to design best-in-class solutions
• Lead concept ideation and iteration with sketches, wireframes, and prototypes with a team of product managers, software engineers, user researchers, writers and other designers
• Design elegant solutions to complex interactions and workflows
• Collaborate with product and design leadership to understand and prioritize the product roadmap and develop a design plan to support each initiative
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders and the teams that will be implementing them
• Deliver on designs that span their entire lifecycle, including discovery (user research, competitive analysis, opportunity maps), ideation (concept generation & testing, rapid iteration), development (usability testing, design QA, artifact creation), launch, and beyond

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years experience designing product solutions for online applications. Proficiency with an evidence-based approach to product design. A structured thinker who is adept at thinking through problems through the lens of multiple user types. Passionate with great intuition. Collaborative with cross-functional teams. Able to iterate quickly and design within an agile development process. Superb eye for details and a strong visual esthetic. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods. An ability to present your work with confidence. Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time. Online portfolio required for application. Experience designing solutions for user administration, authentication, or security features within enterprise-scale SaaS products. Working knowledge of front-end technologies. Interest in driving and enabling accessibility initiatives.
