Job Description

You will be working on a range of projects in sectors such as: Residential, Education and Retail for a wide variety of clients.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 5 years post Part-III RIBA, recently qualified ARB or equivalent with UK on-site construction experience essential Ability to manage a demanding workload of medium to large-scale projects Knowledge of UK building regulations A strong design portfolio Good construction detailing knowledge Competent free-hand drawing ability, an advanced knowledge of a variety of different software that includes AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Revit Excellent communication and organisational skills Analytical approach to workload Commercially aware, responsible and reliable Experience of preparing and presenting design proposals to the client Willing to take responsibility and able to use own initiative Wants to take on and drive projects forward with little day to day ‘hands-on’ guidance Excellent command of English (written and verbal) Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines Capable of liaising confidently with clients and consultants and developing those professional relationship
