Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will already have credit control / sales ledger experience Boundless enthusiasm Good numeracy and literacy skills Good organisational skills Fantastic telephone manner and customer service skills Good knowledge of Excel (pivots, vlookups etc)
