Quantity Surveyors with experience in major volume housebuilding or similar will be considered for this role.
You don’t have to tick all the boxes but customer satisfaction and passion is key.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

– Fully qualified QS – Exp in preparing sub contract documentation, tenders and payments – Background in major volume house building or similar – Exp using internal IT software packages – Communicates well and collaborates – Exceptional customer service skills and easily builds rapport – Develop good relations, act with integrity & never compromises on safety.
