Job Description

Duties:

• Ensuring debts owed are managed and paid on time
• Query resolution within the organisation and with external customers
• Keeping up to date with your own aged debt reports and phoning off the back of this data to maximise the collection of payments on overdue debt
• Negotiation and advise on repayment plans for outstanding debts
• Recording of payments
• Monthly financial reporting of your ledger
