Temp with the view of going perm project that could lead to future opportunities with our client.
Duties and responsibilities;

• Provide an industry leading customer service demonstrating a strong customer focus with both internal and external customers.
• Work with logistics and customer service team to contact customers to confirm requirements and arrange for a suitable delivery time.
• Deal with all incoming delivery queries from internal and external customers and ensure we deliver on commitments made.
• Resolve any other customer queries efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise with commercial team to resolve any customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
