Your new role
As a Credit Controller you will be looking after both commercial and residential tenants and having full ownership of the ledger. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will maintain the aged debt, and be responsible for the collection of rent and service charges.

£15ph - £18ph PAYE DOE - 6 month contract with scope to extend

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed you must have: worked in a similar role looking after residential or commercial tenants, have advanced excel skills, have experience in dealing with tenant request and queries and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
