This is an integral role and key duties will include:
Contacting customers by telephone and email regarding the outstanding payment of invoices
Resolving customer queries
Reconciling customer accounts
Monthly submission of invoice summaries
Reconciling remittances and allocating payments
Credit checking and ongoing review
Producing debtor reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
