Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an office, ideally exposure to a call orientated role and is confident working in a fast paced environment.
The post requires the holder to work on a shift pattern as part of a rota including weekend. The working pattern is five days out of seven.
Key Responsibilities
Handling telephone enquiries from existing and potential new customers in a professional but friendly way ensuring customer needs are met.
Understand customer needs and identify where customers could benefit from additional products
To identify and rectify issues, liaising with our suppliers and other departments
Ensure effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer throughout the order delivery process.
Identify customer delivery issues during the provisioning cycle and escalate appropriately.
To maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information.

Experience in handling telephone enquiries and is confident working under pressure. Exposure to a fast paced office environment. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Patience. The vast majority of our customers are elderly and as much as they love to chat they do need some extra time and patience. Will put the customer first on every occasion – customer centric.To be successful in this role you will need strong interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with customers' queries and a genuine commitment to improving the customer experience.
