Job Description

Key duties include -

• To work on an aged debt report on a continuous basis.
• Allocating the daily cash received by BACS, Cheques and credit card payment (GBP/EURO)
• Chasing accounts by telephone, letter and email.
• Dealing with all account queries.
• Taking credit card payments
• Posting receipts in an accurate and timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful post holder will have a minimum of three year's experience within a credit control role and being immediately available is advantageous however not essential. Experience of working in a multi-site role is advantageous.
