Job Description

Due to increased volumes, our clients are receiving high volumes of calls, therefore it is imperative that you have worked within a demanding function, while delivering first class customer service.
Duties will include;

• Processing policy documentation
• Updating database
• Responding to customers in an efficient and professional manner
• Updating systems and processing data accurately, within set timescales
• Using a variety of in-house systems

These are temporary roles, offering an immediate start.
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal and credit check.
