Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An experienced receptionist/customer service assistant, you will have worked within a similar environment for at least 1 year. With a helpful and friendly manner, you will have the ability to cope well under pressure and work as part of a team. You will use your initiative to help make improvements to the logistics of our restaurant and services. Ability to priorities work and multitask. Customer focused with excellent communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English and a good level of computer literacy. Reliable and must be able to work weekends. Full training will be provided however, experience in a similar role is essential for cash handling. A reference will be required.
