Job Description

• Communicating with customers & clients via email, telephone & in person
• Responding to general auction queries using a live chat platform
• Chasing payments for outstanding invoices
• Balancing on-line payments
• Utilizing in-house system to verify customers details
• Provide support to courier dept. with new in-house system, excel spreadsheets and answering customer queries by email and phone
• Providing support to the customer service division - dealing with complaints by email and telephone in a timely fashion using spreadsheet and in-house system.
• Using an online chat package to provide customers with answers to queries.

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work under pressure maintaining accuracy. Well organized and able to priorities workload. PC literate and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working independently.
