Setting up and maintaining customer accounts, including credit limit applications
Chasing outstanding debts
Processing payments and refunds on the banking system
Sending out monthly customer statements and direct debit administration
Building relationships with customers and controlling funds
Credit clearing customer orders
Dealing with Sales Ledger queries
Entry of bank receipts onto the accounting system
Providing general support to the wider finance team
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines Be eager to learn and develop new skills and progress in a credit control role Be confident with strong verbal and written communication skills Ideally have some experience of working in an office environment or a similar role within a finance team Possess strong analytical skills Have working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
