You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance within the Property and will be responsible for ensuring that statutory compliance is maintained at all times, you will check the condition of the property on a regular basis and will ensure that this is correctly reported. The role requires the post holder to be competent, work with minimal direct supervision within their designated remit and to liaise with a range of internal and external contacts including suppliers and contractors.
