Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly, professional team in Livingston.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all costings and estimates for tenders and current projects.
We are looking for a pro-active thinker who is commercially minded and who takes ownership of a task and sees it through to completion.

You will be accustomed to coaching, mentoring and supporting employees and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.

You will be professional at all times, have the ability to engage with all stakeholders and you will actively demonstrate our values of quality, honesty, innovation and team work on a daily basis.

Relevant experience in a similar role is a requirement along with computer proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will ensure that all relevant documentation is maintained and updated as appropriate, monitoring costs of ongoing projects and reporting on their profitability.
