Job Description

• Ensure that all site activities and works are carried out to the highest standards in accordance with all relevant legislation
• Ensure companies Management System is updated including but not limited to completion of Contractor orientation workshops at key project milestones, safe work observations and regular contractor reviews Coordinate and influence project activities to ensure that key milestones are met.
• You will be the client interface during construction activities liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders including landowners and the community.
• Carry out reports in a timely and accurate fashion for management

• Utilise technology advancements and value engineering to optimise project design and drive down Cost.

• Produce, analyse and update project capex budgets and programmes, Develop and implement performance targets for all contractors and plan, organise, monitor and report on project activities

• Provide quality assurance and technical sign-off on all contractor activities
• Ad hoc tasks when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

MUST have a University degree in Engineering or Science Strong track record of completing renewable projects on time and on budget (10 years experience) Site management experience Strong work ethic compiled with high standards for health and safety Skill set across turbine, electrical and civil works Organisationally astute with strong stakeholder management skill set that foster key internal and external relationships that are key to project success Solution driven with ability to influence and navigate complexity
