.· Act as Project Officer/Contract Administrator on building contracts withinyour knowledge and skill range· Manage and maintain project risk registers· Prepare risk assessments under current CDM regulations· Prepare documents for Statutory Consent applications and lodge online

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified to HNC/SVQ level 3 or equivalent in relative discipline· Experience of building construction technical detailing and specification· Experience of planning legislation, building regulations and other technical and design standards· Experience of building design, maintenance and safety complexities across the range of buildingsOn Offer· The chance to become an integral part of a large scale and reputable public body in the Scottish central belt
