In this role, you will be handling customer queries from first contact to resolution. Working as part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner through taking the time to understand the needs of each customer.

As you will initially be working from home you will need to be independent, self-reliant with excellent IT literacy and exceptional organizational skills. You will play an integral part in providing support to our clients whilst being part of a homeworking team.
