Job Description

Key Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing projects and advising clients on developments such as mixed use and residential masterplans, quarries, infrastructure and energy.
  • Noise and vibration surveys throughout their local region; and, where necessary, in other parts of the UK.
  • Preparation of fee proposals, report writing (including ES chapters) and technical review work.
  • Liaising with technical staff and project managers based in other UK offices.
  • Seeking new opportunities through business development and networking to expand Acoustic capabilities across the UK, as well as cross-selling other services.

Travel and surveys may be required outside of working ho


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven Acoustics Consultancy experience including project management, reporting (BS8233, BS4142, BS5228 for example) Demonstrable tendering and business development experience with capabilities of contributing to commercial growth activities in the region Experienced in use of noise and vibration monitoring equipment Experienced in use of Cadna/A software AMioA or MioA membership and a relevant degree level qualification Experienced in attending and participating in client meetings Drivers licence valid in the UK
