Role Responsibilities

Joining an award winning team, the role will encompass a wide variety of contentious construction matters including:

• Providing advice to UK construction organisations and owners across a range of complex construction and engineering contractual matters.
• Supporting and advising a UK client base of SME's to multinational organisations on dispute resolution matters.
• Appearing court, working directly with owners & construction organisations to on a number of areas including settlements, carrying out investigations & drafting pleadings.
