Job Description

• Prioritize and drive a research program that delivers the best user experience
• Identify opportunities for improvement to specific product areas by working with our data science team to understand current usage behavior of that product areas and conducting discovery interviews
• Conduct follow-up interviews to help understand customer feedback on specific product areas
• Conduct ongoing research and engage in brainstorming sessions to inform solutions and designs:
• Run satisfaction surveys, follow-up usability studies and interviews to understand why we are or are not seeing the intended behavior of new features after launch

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, HCI, or similar field. 2+ years of product research experience for online applications. Proficiency and comfort with facilitating customer interviews. Passionate with great intuition. Collaborative with cross-functional teams. Able to iterate quickly and partner with design in an agile development process. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
