Job Description

Due to increasing demand we are creating a specialist team to support existing and potential Window and Conservatory roof customers, ensuring that they receive a first-class service. You will;

• Respond to potential sales opportunities generated from our branch network & business development sales teams, owning the customer journey from quotation to product delivery/collection
• Clarify the customer technical requirements and produce accurate quotations using Window Designer or other appropriate software, following up to answer queries and process the order
• Ensure that customers are kept updated regarding orders, quotes and promotions, assisting with enquiries and problem solving as required to ensure a great customer experience
• You will be part of a specialist team incorporating our newly formed Conservatory Roof team supporting colleagues with customer enquiries as required
• To support company growth through periodical outbound contact with existing and lapsed customers to raise awareness of our services and promotions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Window knowledge and window order processing experience is essential. Specific knowledge of conservatory roofs is highly desirable, however training will be delivered. Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport and strong business relationships with trade customers is essential. The ability to work well in a small team and deliver great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet is essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail skills, and have the confidence to liaise with customers by telephone. A confident IT user (MS Office) - window designer or similar and CRM experience is highly desirable. Previous experience might include: Sales Order Processor, Branch Assistant, Estimator for example.
